Don Gullett, Cincinnati Reds Legend!
Here is Don Gullett of the Cincinnati Reds 1975 pitcher! (He pitched and struck out 20 of 21 hitters one year!) My mother Mrs. Betty Jo Holmes; known as "Mother Holmes" at Greenup County, Kentucky's McKell High School, in South Shore, KY was Don's English teacher.
I've also created a "Mother Holmes" website devoted to my mother and many students have responded with comments on her. (Just click on her name above)
I remember Don stopping by our home in South Shore for many visits with my mom. I believe he even signed some baseballs.
Just some memories and history. - Bill

Memorial Day Came and Went . . .
Memorial Day Weekend
was quiet and grillin...
This photo almost looks like the grill exploded! - Except its only from the atomic-radiated meat! ha.
... and what did we grill? . . .
... and who was waiting on the inside . . .
then night-time approached ...
and the next morning . . .
... we found this ancient fossil . . .
(note my Jack Hanna Columbus Zoo T Shirt!)

A Short Story.
Here a short story to enjoy.
Dandelions
over-took our yard!
. . . and the wind
started to roar!
after a struggle to go inside
....
we stared out the window
with a toy that looked
suspiciously like ourself !
... and the sun slowly set
until another day.
(if you click on any of these photos they will enlarge)

Early One Morning . . .
It was early this morning and my wife awoke from a deep, deep sleep.
Shuffling into the computer area barely awake. She caught me!
I greeted her with this odd burst of joy . . .
"LOOK AT ALL THE LOST IN SPACE ROBOTS!"
. . . . needless to say she wasn't amused.
(But just look at them! - And they are available to purchase, only $25,000.00 Life Size)

Spring has Sprung!
Here are some Spring pictures of our goings-on in Beavercreek, Ohio!
The woods are starting to bud.
The woods are starting to bud.
. . . The Beavercreek cats are fierce and peed-off this Spring! (Citi can not leave the house because she has "spasms" outdoors, in the wild!)
Deer Tracks can be found everyday in our backyard!
A Storm came and went on Tuesday, April 4!
Woodpeckers can be heard every morning in our backyard.
